Training day and lessons

If you are a free diver and have participated in a free diving course before, you are invited to join us in the Red Sea to enjoy the best diving sites in Eilat and refresh your knowledge and skills in free diving.

Base requirements:

• Previous participation in academic jealousy or any other organization
• At least 14 years of age

Program:

9:00 am:

• Relaxation and breathing techniques 1 (1 hour)
• Lesson 1 (1:30 hour)

1. Static jealousy
2. Comparing pressures-safety rules
3. Safety rules for couples
4. Depth Diving (in any style you like)

12:00 Break

1 pm:

• Relaxation and Breathing Techniques 2 (1 hour)
• Lesson 2 (1:30)

1. Static jealousy
2. Specific training (as required by the diver)
3. You dive in depth (in any style you like)

16:00  End of training day

You can also join a half-day workout, morning or lunch of your choice.

Maximum depth: from 10-30 meters (according to student level)

Price: NIS 550 per full day, NIS 300 for half a day *

* Price includes insurance, equipment, transportation, photos / videos from training day.

Free diving lessons:

1. Static jealousy
2. Comparing pressures
3. Safety rules for couples
4. Diving at fixed weights (in any desired garden, with or without fins, pulling rope)

The free dive lesson can be done in private or group.

Maximum height: 10-30 meters according to student level

Price: 200 NIS for group participant, 300 NIS for details *
