WEEKEND STAGE
For those who have already participated in any freediving course, the Apnea Academy stage is an opportunity to enhance your freediving skills, break through blockages and train with new freediving techniques to reach your own personal objective and records.
Prerequisites:

Have already participated in one of the Apnea Academy course or equivalent from another freediving organization

Minimum 14 years of age
Content of the stage:
THEORY TOPICS:
- The Apnea Academy
- Constant Weight
- The finstroke
- Compensation
- Safety, precautions and suggestions
- Performance freediving training
- Respiration and relaxation
- Protection of the environment
EXERCICES (in the water):
- Static apnea
- Dynamic apnea at 5 meters depth
- Constant weight freediving
- Free Immersion
- Variable weight diving
- Recovery of a victim from -8 meters
Possibility to complete an Apnea Academy level according to the result achieved during the stage.
Maximum depth: from 10 to 30 meters (according to the student’s level)
Price: 1100 ILS*
*The price includes insurance, freediving equipment, transportation and photos+videos from the course.
